The objective of the study was to identify the impact of nitrification inhibitors (DCD and DMPP) on nitrification rates, measured by nitrate formation and N2O production, under controlled temperature and moisture conditions in laboratory incubation experiments. The package contains data on soil mineral nitrogen and N2O levels measured over 70 days.
Study was conducted over 4 months using replicate (3) samples for each sample time. Each incubation study ran for 70 days.
Treatments were randomly assigned to each vial. Each sample extracted was a complete vial sample and 3 repliactes were used at each sample collection time
