Abstract

This project trialed an application of industry standard of 5t/Ha of poultry litter (wet), both surface broadcast and cultivated as a nitrogen fertiliser. The trial also compared N2O emissions from these with cultivated treatments of poultry litter and Tea Tree biochar, poultry litter biochar and Tea Tree biochar and poultry litter and Tea Tree mulch. (The latter 3 treatments equalised for C application.)
